I bought two packs of two tags, so I could use them for my car keys, car, my wife’s Handbag and my rucksack.They are very easy to setup and use.Unfortunately I have had one gone down and can’t get it to work so I contacted HH Tech and I was extremely impressed by their customer support team.Having tried doing what they recommended and it still failed they sent me a replacement tag.Now that’s what I call customer service/support so credit where it’s due, highly recommended.Thank HH Tech you for all your help and support

HH Smart tag purchase
I had previously tried smart tags from another company but had to return them as they would not activate.These HH Tech Smart tags arrived well packaged with detailed activation instructions, extra batteries, loops & key ring holder. One of the tags worked perfectly but the other just kept on beeping. When I opened it up there was a loose clip shorting the battery. I used the QR code on the leaflet to contact their customer services by WhatsApp and got an immediate response and they sent me a replacement tag which arrived promptly 2 days later. The service was excellent from them & they have contacted me since to check all is OK. I’m hoping these will help me keep track of my luggage on a long haul trip but I have also used them to track my husband whilst walking far off the beaten track in the wilds of Dartmoor!

Good value and customer care
I have one on my keys and another in my purse and they’ve been great - especially when I lose my purse in the car or don’t remember which jacket pocket I’ve left my keys in. Comes with a spare battery too.The button can be a bit difficult to press properly when setting up but otherwise they function well. One did break a spring inside but HH-Tech responded very quickly to my email and had a replacement in the post the same day. They also talked me through the setting up when I was being particularly thick and attempting it on the wrong place on my phone.Good value for money

HH-Tech is an Exceptional Customer-Centred Company
I purchased the HH-Tech Smart Tag LITE COMBO in February 2025 and was very pleased with my purchase and how the Smart Tags worked. I had a little problem with one of the Tags in May and contacted HH-Tech directly to discuss the issue. They were extremely supportive and were quick to offer me a replacement tag. They also assisted me in pairing the new device once again with my iPhone. Their professional and customer-centred approach is exceptional, and I can only give them five stars.

Amazing customer service
Great product and a more affordable version of the Apple air tag and just as good!! Amazing customer service throughout, I was having issues connecting my phone to the tag and messaged on WhatsApp and received amazing customer support and a speedy response. Would highly recommend

Great customer service
On opening the package, I could only get one of the two air tags to work, however after reading some previous reviews on Amazon I scanned the QR code on the accompanying leaflet as someone else suggested, which led me to WhatsApp customer service, who sent me a replacement tag straight out. Great customer service, both tags now work fine 😊

Good product, not so good quailty
Cheap and Cheerful, Really good item but they aren't the sturdiest item, one of the trackers were broken by a loose component when opening to check the battery. Build quality could be better but as long as it works they are a good product

One broke but had a replacement wishing 2 weeks
Bought these to put in my case when we travel. Unfortunately one broke on the day we were travelling so whilst in the Airport I emailed to explain that one had broken and they asked if I would like a replacement or refund. I did have to chase the replacement but after an apology they posted it out that day. Good customer service would definitely use again. Thank you.
