Makes doing cold brews easier
I've been making cold brew using a nut milk bag in a pitcher for a long time and finally decided to get a dedicated brewer. The infuser mesh is super fine - really no "mud" gets out during the brew. The company recommends lying it flat for brewing, but I think it works just as well standing up so long as you give it a good long brew time. My favorite feature is that both the top and bottom come off of the infuser basket which makes it a lot easier to clean out than others I've seen - or a nut milk bag! Just all around feels like an upgrade.

Great product, thoughtful design, great customer service
I don't write a lot of reviews, but I felt like this product deserved one. This is an excellent cold brew maker. It is very easy to use and has a great 1,200 mL capacity. The plastic construction is more versatile (less fragile) than other brewers made from glass. The filtration system eliminates the sludge that other brew systems leave. The packaging is very thoughtful - a scoop and sponge are included. The scoop is easily overlooked, but it is the perfect size to clean the used grounds out of the filter. The sponge is an unexpectedly useful form factor to help with cleaning. Hopefully the sponges can be ordered separately, since sponges don't last forever. Some minor downsides:Cleaning is moderately easy, but the only component that is recommended for the dishwasher is the pitcher (which is also easiest to clean by hand). All of the other elements are recommended for hand washing, which doesn't take long. The way the filter is configured, the pitcher will work most effectively if stored (at least for part of the brew cycle) on its side. However, there is a vent in the lid that is prone to leaking when the pitcher is stored on its side. Brewing upright can lead to the top grounds not getting exposed to water.Unfortunately, one of the pieces broke during routine use after a couple of months: the pitcher lid is attached with a couple of hinges that snap the lid into place on the pitcher. One of the hinge attachments broke. I contacted customer service and a replacement pitcher arrived four days later. I'd recommend being careful with these hinge attachments as they seem prone to break. At the same time, the customer service is very responsive and suggests that they take support of their products seriously.

Very satisfied
Love this. This is the best way to make the exact coffee I want. I take a large 32oz cup with me to work (I use a lot of creamer) and this makes about two of those for me. I also like that it requires 12-14 to brew cause that allows me to get it ready the night before and not have to deal with anything in the morning other than pouring it into my cup with the creamer and I’m on the way. I use Bizzy Coffee Grounds which are coarse and specifically for cold brew and they’re great. I highly recommend.

Great quality, low capacity
Wish it had a larger capacity for price. Definitely good, just make sure to fill with water twice with safe grounds or it’s wasteful. Definitely uses more grounds than it needs. Quality is great. Cap is hard to get off when cold. Would not recommend for elderly. Capacity is okay for small cup drinkers. If you like those coke size jars, you’ll get 4-5, maybe 6-8 if you like it be coffee flavored milk.

Small turned out to be the perfect size.
It was smaller than I envisioned, but that turned out to be a good thing, since it fit better in our fridge. A related heads up - WOW! cold brew coffee tastes delish, but it is also packed with extra caffeine, even though I'm drinking it mixed with an equal amount of seltzer. Also, 12 hours is suggested to cold brew in the fridge, but 18 hours is probably better, even with a relatively coarse grind. I'm planning to buy a second one to also make cold brew tea.

Perfect Cold Brew Pitcher
I love this thing. I was looking for a cold brew pitcher that would fit in my mini fridge, and the fact that this can be stored on its side without leaking is perfect. It's a good volume, so I can have cold brew for several days with one brew. I love that the section for the coffee grounds opens on both ends, so it's super easy to clean out.

Excellent Cold Brew Maker Once You Dial in the Grind
The Maestri House Compact Cold Brew is a fantastic setup for making smooth, delicious cold brew at home. The key is finding the right grind size — too fine and the coffee packs too tightly, preventing proper extraction; too coarse and the result is weak and watery. Once you get that dialed in, the system is super easy to use and makes prep a breeze. Just set it up, let it sit overnight, and you’ve got a great batch of cold brew ready in the morning. Solid build, compact design, and excellent results — 5 stars!

Best Cold Brew Container
I have gone through several cold brew containers and this one is by far my favorite. The plastic can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. I love that it can be stored on its side when fridge space is at a premium. The shape makes it relatively compact while still making a good amount of cold brew. The large surface area of the screen allows for the cold brew to steep quickly and be ready in 24 hours. I like a stronger brew so I leave mine for 2-3 days. The taste is smooth and when one batch is ready it's getting poured into another container for me to start brewing again.
