The Sohler Food Dehydrator is the fast and easy way to make delicious healthy and natural snacks like banana chips, fruit roll ups, fruit leathers and beef jerky. Using a dehydration machine allows the food to retain the full flavour and nutrients. The Sohler Food Dehydrator includes 5 spacious drying layers meaning there is enough capacity to hold large quantities of food easily. An adjustable thermostat range of 40-70°C lets different foods dry at correct temperatures. Using a dehydrator machine is a low energy consumption alternate for healthy snacks, operating at just 3p per hour for up to 48 hours. Some dehydrator users prefer to use dehydrator sheets but with our model it features the stackable trays which are fully removable for easy cleaning and washing.

May have been good if I had received the one in the picture but I didn't. I received an enormous rectangular one which was far too big and I sent it back.
