Use by itself and also add to my moisturizer to make my skin softer. Also mix mineral powder makeup and moisturizer to this product to make tinted moisturizer for light weight coverage.

This 100% Pure & Natural Vegetable Glycerine is made in India. It arrived in a plastic bottle with a tight fitting lid and a pump that works well. I find it strange that the bottle directions are separated into moisturizer and as an ingredient is cosmetic/food formulations, but the caution says it is for external use only. If it were going to be used in food or as a carrier for a medicinal extract, it would be used internally. The glycerine is thick and viscous, but soaks into my skin easily, and only leaves a slightly tacky residue. If mixed with something else, this would probably not be noticeable.

This seems to be vegetable glycerin and the ingredients state that it only contains organic pure vegetable glycerin, but the bottle says “for external use only.” I can’t think of any reason why organic vegetable glycerin would only be for external use unless they have added something that isn’t disclosed on the label. And the online listing even says it’s for culinary applications. I actually did taste a little bit of it to see if it tasted off and it tasted just how I expected it to. It is clear and has a sweet flavor. It would be nice if the seller gave some clarification.
