Is the smell toxic to cats

I threw these out smell was awful! to strong and I would think toxic to cats!

I have it sitting next to my cats litter box in the closet and it doesn't it work?

I scoop the litter daily and it works for me. Try using two.

Does the fragrance component of these products include essential oils (birch oil, clove oil, etc)?

I don’t believe it has essential oils. It says “fragrance” but doesn’t specify. The ingredients listed on my air freshener just says: Water, Sodium Stearate, Fragrance, Glyceryl Stearate, Glycerin, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate.
