Honestly wasn’t expecting much but this thing really suprised me. The belt is rechargable, easy to use, and feels super solid. I’ve been using it mostly for core workouts while I’m just sitting around or doing stuff at home, and you can definitely feel it working the muscles. Nice design as ou can switch from a ab workout and flip it to the back when you're done.Pretty functional. You can adjust the intensity and it has a good amount of modes. Doesn’t replace actual workouts, but it’s great for adding a little extra to your routine. Plus it fits well and doesn’t feel cheap like some of the other ones I’ve tried. Great value for anyone looking to add a little strenght training to their day without hitting the gym every time.

Just received yesterday. The device seems to do what it's supposed to has a kick but I'm 5'0 and 115 and the belt is too big, I can use it if I'm laying down only ( to big to wear sitting or standing and the front will work but I get no benefit from the sides so I do not feel it on my sides or hips how it's supposed to because it's too big..... good in theory but not small frame friendly sadly

The item I ordered has several issues,It works sometimes and most times not.I would like a replacement rather than taking it back and if that doesn't work then please give me a full reimbursement.Thank you very muchLynn Murphy
