My oncologist suggested I order wheatgrass powder and to start drinking it to help alleviate some stomach issues the chemo has been causing me. I researched a few different brands and ended up settling on this one. I take it in the morning and it does in fact help a lot with some of the digestion problems. Just be sure to take it in the morning before you eat. It's not pleasant tasting but it's far better than taking a shot of hard liquor. My only complaint really, and why I took off a star, is that it doesn't fully dissolve and is kinda grainy at the bottom of the cup/shot glass. I've tried using cold water, very hot water, allowing it to sit awhile, stirring excessively etc and it always turns out the same. I haven't tried other brands to compare but it is something to prepare for if you plan to take this in shot form like me.

Wheat grass is an excellent source of vitamins A, C, E, Fe, K, and Mg, and the chlorophyll supports detoxification. I trust this brand.

Tastes a little bit sweet - easy to throw on food or in your water. Happy with the purchase.

This is a quality product and I will probably continue to buy. However, bag says 28 servings of 1 TBS. I do not know what tablespoon they were using, but, even doing flat scoops non- compacted, will not provide you with 28 tablespoons. This is a very small bag of wheatgrass and only lasts me 2 weeks or so.
