Does the job.
Works fast. I purchased my first bottle in a store and have been using it for about a month. This time of year ( summertime) i dont eat much food with iron in. I eat mainly vegetarian food and felt like it needed a boost. I had a few of the symptoms of iron deficiency such as tiredness, shortness of breath and pale skin but the day after I started to take this I felt my better. Less tired and my breathing went back to normal. After reading some reviews online I started with 1 dose of 10mls a day. Recommendation is 2 10mls a day but it can be hard on the stomach and found 1 10ml a day was enough. I now have it on subscribe and save.

It was hard to find product during Covid
May be expensive compared to other supplements. This has vitamin B and Iron. Taste good and digests easily. I prefer supplements in liquid form for body to absorb.

It worked
Self diagnosed that I was short on iron and bought this. Used the complete bottle and started to feel more energised after a few days. I completed the course about three weeks ago and still feel a lot better so think my diagnosis was correct. Only downside for me was the black stools (!) but knowing that was was normal made it OK. No diarrhoea or constipation either but that was probably due to only taking half the recommended dose each day. All in all happy with the product and it didn't taste unpleasant which was a bonus.
