Wow, what a marvelous look at Venice! I was in Venice in May 2017 for only a couple days and thus was not able to view most of the hidden and off the beaten track scenes. This wonderful book helps me envision what I missed and fills in many blanks. It’s also a real treat to see so many awesome photographs of this beautiful city devoid of a billion of we tourists! I love Serge’s compositions, the muted colors from shooting at sunrise, sunset and the “blue hour” and the inclusion of some excellent long exposure captures. This is an awesome coffee table book with over 150 photographs. Surge is a remarkable photographer and his images of Venice certainly makes me want to return. I highly recommend you order a copy of this book.

Wow, Venice really portrayed the very romantic mood of an old world super power and culture. I never knew any city could compare with Paris, but now I have found one and have changed my bucket list and put the city of Venice right at the top. Sunrises and sunsets illuminating the brilliant architecture are just breathtaking. The details, textures, and colors in the wide angle scenes are amazing. You feel like you are right there in the scene. A nice touch are the captions written by Serge himself throughout the book. I received this book as a gift, and it's a big hit with visitors at our house. It is my second Ramelli book (Paris) and couldn't be happier.

There are many photos in the book of the iconic locations in Venice however Serge has found new perspectives of these locations plus included many locations that are not often seen by the average visitor to Venice; as I am an aspiring landscape / city scape photographer, Serge work is an inspiration, seeing these excellent colour images in this book drives me to try harder and my own photography.The work in this book capture the beauty of Venice often not seen by the casual visitor to Venice

Eu fiquei tremendamente apaixonado pelo livro. Como havia visitado Veneza meses antes e ficado completamente louco com tudo que vivenciei, tive que comprar o livro para complementar minhas memórias do lugar. As fotos são mágicas, e muitas são em página dupla (algo que pode incomodar alguns mas sinceramente não me incomodou nenhum pouco..nao tive problemas com isso.) .Vale a pena..cada centavo..e se vc ainda não visitou Veneza depois de ver essas imagens seu desejo só vai ser ainda maior.

Sinceramente no esperaba tanto... pero todas las fotografias están muy bonitas, retocadas con photoshop, pero muy artisticas, todas son paisajes de Venecia, la calidad de la impresión no es muy buena, unas páginas estan muy asperas y otras no, los colores estan muy bien logrados. el tamaño lo hace muy agradable para apreciarlo bien. en general si lo recomiendo para los fans de Venecia.
