This product has been a game changer for me. I love wearing mascara, but the removal process has always been a pain. This product removes makeup/mascara even waterproof in under 10 seconds and there is literally no oily or sticky residue left at all. I love it. It does not irritate or burn my eyes and I can put new makeup on right after cleansing without the use of another product. I can use it in the shower or at the sink to just wash my face. Definitely the best product for makeup removal. My skin can be either really dry and irritated or really oily and breakout prone this product does not dry my skin out and it doesn't make me break out. I highly recommend this product.

I tried albolene as a cheaper alternative as this is a bit more expensive and that just left my face feeling so unclean. THIS IS WORTH THE BUY! this leaves my face feeling clean and supple, it does not try me out at all and is SUPER moisturizing. i have very dry and sensitive skin. im not acne prone but i am eczema prone. i can never tolerate many ingredients or scents but this did not break me out at all! in fact, my face is considerably more hydrated when i incorporate the double cleansing of this product once a day (at night). i cant recommend this enough

I have tried a few different potions and lotions for makeup removal. I find myself returning to this brand. I enjoy the texture, the faint fragrance, and it really melts that makeup prior to washing with my face wash. It eats up waterproof mascara on the rare occasion that I go beyond warehouse glam, and doesn't tug on that delicate eye area either!

Backstory:: So I've been wearing makeup dialy for you know, 15 yrs or so and I've never been able to find anything that gets all of the make-up off. We'll, I just turned 30 and everywhere I turn I read that the make up removing wipes can be bmvery harsh on my skin as it loses elasticity. Not to sound dramatic, but I've noticed a major change in my skin, face especially (sun spots) in the last 3 years and I've been in denial until now. So I've been using micellar water, somewhat happily....but after removing make-up, taking a clean cotton pad and water over my face, the pad turns brownish because it's not actually cleaning my face or makeup off! So I stumbled upon this on one of those Korean routine YouTubers.Initial thoughts:: Packaged beautifully! Like something you'd pick off the shelf at Sephora. No offense Amazon, but you just never know what kind of packaging to expect...Upon opening the jar, I immediately smelled it because, you know. I'm gonna be slathering this all over my face. I would say this is as close to odorless as it gets. If I HAD TO associate it with a scent I'd say very very very discreet waxy citrus, maybe? I can't smell it on my face post wash nor could I smell it during use. The texture has a waxy appearance but it kind of feels like a super, super thick vasoline. It smears on beautifully and actually felt light on my skin. Didn't feel cakey or harsh in any way. It was like massaging a silky smooth butter all over my face lolAnd WOW! Unlike ALL other make up removers, this actually gets waterproof mascara off!! I'm blown away by this mostly because it's a huge pet peeves to me that I try so hard to get that mascara off and just can't no matter how hard I try. I wiped a tissue over my lashes and nothing! Nada! No mascara residue!Concerns::Rubbing this on my eyes to get eye make-up off. I was very concerned about experiencing burning or some sort of irritation. Shockingly, I experienced nothing. For the record I really rubbed this stuff in pretty good on my eyes in an attempt to melt away mascara (it worked) so I was fully expecting irritation...but none. Not during or after rinsing.Pricing. Initially, I thought this product was priced high...but the Neutrogena make-up wipes I used previously are $17 for two packs and I plow through those so fast. This jar is actually a lot larger than I expected it to be and it takes very little product to really remove all make-up. So I expect this to last for months at the very least. I'd say for the price for volume of product that its a good buy.Sensitive skin. My skin can be very finicky. Definitely combination skin. It's super oily in some areas but dry in others but overall not really break out prone outside hormonal times of the month. My skin is very easily irritated and not shy about showing it. Turns red very easily. After one use, my skin felt hydrated and clean after rinsing. Big change from the wipes I was previously using.I'll update with use for any changes! Happy washing!

This product came quickly and was awesome to use! It melts away my makeup in the shower with a small amount and it smells nice!

The media could not be loaded. Love this cleansing balm very much. It lasts a very long time so you definitely get your money's worth out of it. Has a very light scent, easy to spread on face and wash off. Leaves skin feeling clean, fresh, and soft!

I've used Clinique's Take the Day Off Cleansing Balm for years, and though it's effective, it's quite expensive. A friend recommended that I try this cleansing balm as an alternative, and I wish that I would have discovered this sooner!I love that it comes with the small spatula. It makes dispensing the product so much more sanitary, and I feel as though I'm only using the smallest amount that I need. It is scented, but I don't find it to be heavily fragranced. The scent is on the sweeter side, but not too heavy.I use this as a pre-cleanse to remove all of my makeup before my cleanser. It does a fantastic job of removing makeup, dirt, and oil while still leaving my skin soft and moisturized. I've tried using other cleansing balms, and they are either too oily or leave my skin too dry. This one is just right.
