Ok so these fit my cat perfectly, almost too small but they fit. Now I will say although they do work I wouldn’t suggest using them unless your animal has a bathroom issue or other significant health issues. I bought these for a short term use while we wait to get my cat neutered. The only thing I didn’t like is if they poo* in the diaper you're left having to clean their fur off. They are just like real diapers, leak-proof and durable adhesion on the sticky flaps. I wouldn’t say they are reusable if they have been soiled. Again, they are just like real baby diapers! Overall these do just as they say they do! As long as you get the correct fit, they will not slide off or wiggle off. And the price is good for the quality. I’d buy again for sure!

These kitty diapers fit very well and contain elimination very well. The tail opening is nice and small (with instructions that it can be cut bigger) and that seems good as that area could otherwise leak out. Very full diaper with some liquid poop didn't leak. The only downside (which isn't the diapers fault) is a fur covered kitty tummy with mess that was hard to get completely out of the hair.

Quick review: Small works for mine. He's a large cat but is on a strict prescription diet and very lean. With modification they've met our needs. Even though they aren't really designed for number 2 I have to cut the tail hole larger to make sure he can comfortably go number 2 in the litter box and have to add an extra pad to absorb his amount of urine (otherwise he's wet by the time I get home from work). More Details: If my cat jumps onto the bed or anywhere there will be a significant accident and dribbles everywhere. Not his fault, he still uses the litter box without issue but some health issues have left him with incontinence. I tried these before and he leaked right thru them by the time I got home from work (gone almost 12hrs usually and put a fresh diaper right before I leave) I abandoned them and was using washable diapers with pads (pet pads were thin like panty liners, I had to buy human poise incontinence pads). This was alot of work, handwashing diapers etc. but it worked for awhile. However summer hit and I believe his water intake increased naturally due to heat and drinking more. I wasn't even to my bedroom yet and I would smell cat urine - pad was soaked, fabric diaper was soaked, he would be soaked all the way up his back and his tummy, leaving damp spots everywhere he sat. I was very worried about it impacting his health and quality of life. He's older but very active and healthy otherwise. I also have respiratory issues and my lungs were seizing frequently. Had to figure out something else. Decided to try combining these with the pads I use. Success! Finally when I get home and change him - he is dry! I'm not going thru cans of cat urine foam cleaner every week and my respiratory issues have calmed down. I give him a fresh diaper/pad combo every time, put them in a poop bag (always have them for my dogs) and into diaper genie (human kind works better). It's become a very easy and clean as possible process. I'm someone who prefers to use reusable things but in this case we've been thru so much and this is just what I've found actually works for us.

Was way to small couldn’t use but all in all looks like it would be wonderful had the size been right XS was for 3.5-7.5 my cat is 8 months old and very little weight is about 4lb and they are way to small!

Perfect fit for my 16 yo, 6.6-pound Siamese cat. No leaks, the Velcro closures work well, and the absorbency is excellent. Highly recommend for senior cats who need diapers

After reading the reviews and understanding that they are smaller than indicated, we measured our cat. We ordered the largest size to be safe – and in NO WAY does this product meet the maximum size listed on the package. The photos show each end along with a tape measure. Note : this is stretched to the maximum width. Hartz needs to reevaluate their sizing system.

Hi, I needed these for my elderly male cat. They worked well as long as they were secured tightly. I only had one accident and that was because I didn't have the diaper on tightly enough. If the diaper gets heavy from urine or feces, it can also come off. I would continue to order this product, but my cat has passed. Best wishes to those who may need this product.

I tried a few different types of kitty diapers for my 17 year old kitty who recently started having incontinence from her kidney disease. This is the ONLY one that didn't leak. The others have too big of hole for their tail. The tabs don't stick to her fur and the diaper fabric wicks and keeps her fur dry. I got XS because she's really little now (5 lbs). They're stretchy and don't seem uncomfortable. I order these on subscription now and would recommend for those who need them.

My cat had a urinary blockage and is on medication to dilate his urethra while he heals. After learning he'd be leaking urine for about 10 days, I ordered these. Once they arrived I was so relieved to get the problem contained and to get him clean and dry. They fit him well and he hasn't been able to remove the diaper. They may be a little pricey, but for a short term solution I find it worth it for the peace of mind.

Fits well and does the job

It fits very well for my senior cat and no or much leakage as my cat's hind legs are unable to move abndhe sleeps on his side. Moreover, the quality is good and retains urine well. It is difficult to find diapers for cats in our country. Hence, there are more diapers for dogs which are not suitable for cats. Glad I found this product!

My cat has been sick for a bit and has required extra needs. I bought these diapers hoping that it would help a little. Although they seem to work well, I got the wrong size. 1 size up would be perfect but these will work for now. I definitely recommend!!!
