Addictive, excellent exerciser.
Really great exercising tool. Its addictive, takes a bit of getting use to balancing but after that it is thrilling. I enjoy spinning and twisting, it really works the body. The item is light, portable and I use it in and out doors.I wished it was slightly bigger. My shoe size is 39, uk 6 and my feet just about fit. Best to use bare foot as it is not 100% sturdy. Step on lightly as it sounds like it might crack if too much pressure is used.I enjoyed exercising on it. I have upgraded to one with magnets.

Great little bit of kit
I like using this, it's pretty simple and I find it a bit more fun than not using gadgets. Kids love it

Easy to use. Light. Would suggest making top surface a little more thick as I can feel the balls under my feet. Works well on abs for real.

Look properly and find where to put feet without it making you fall off and it will work 100%
I was really sceptical at first but when I figured out where to put the feet without it making me fall off due to the inside mechanism,I got the hang of it quite quickly and I've seen results in just a couple of days👌Been doing 3 times the exercise that it suggests to do and im over the moon that I bought this item👌Will defo recommend this to friends and family👍Love playing twist again song to this exercise so I can easily rack up 200 twists in the song instead of 20 😀😀

Excellent value for money
Wasn’t expecting this quality of product for the price paid. Now part of Mrs T’s exercise routine and my Golf Zen Mechanics system.
