Curve Soft Close Toilet Seat

Extremely good quality! Very good quality plastic, none of this crappy mediocre paper thin stuff. Also very comfortable to sit on and the slow hinged seat dropping is good due to the fact that it is much less likely to damage itself. It is expensive at Fifty pound but I would much rather pay through the nose to get a decent product than save a few pound for a product that will only deteriate in only a few months. I have to say that this is the BEST Loo Seat that I have ever bought. It is the D@"G's B@((@!K's of toilets seat's. And as such should be the only one everyone should be getting. Any other seat is just rubbish. So bear it in mind if your going to buy a different Loo Seat you are buying an INFERIOR product. And to be blunt is very much an unexcusible offence to Common Sense.This is the Loo Seat that you or/and your family needs!!!

I purchased this item in 2017. I fitted it to my spare toilet in May 2018! It has a lovely solid feel to it and a great shape. I do my own DIY mostly at weekends. This item was easy to fit and makes an ordinary toilet (Nabis range) look expensive. The soft closure mechanism works perfectly and a plus for me is that the seat is easy to clean i.e no horrible crevices that are difficult to keep reach or clean. I love the solid hinges and they give the seat a seamless look.

Easy to fit and works well. No hidden surprises, would recommend to anyone requiring a new or replacement seat. alittle more expensive than rival products but very good quality.

This is a great product, heavy and well made with powerful hinges they are the only ones I have found easy to tighten and actually stay put. Had to bin a different make after 2 weeks use because it just would not stop sliding, lesson learned. This is my second purchase of this product as the soft close wore out on the previous one after 3 years use but that is hardly a deal breaker. If this fits your toilet then it is the one you should get.

At last, a decent quality ''loo' seat with soft close action. Our last one, 12 years old, was wearing out and had to be replaced. What a problem, we bought 2 which were rubbish and flexed badly when sat upon. This one is really good and thick and strong. The mechanism is good with nicely chromed finish. This one strongly recommended.

It's sturdy and nice looking, comfortable, etc but the soft close is gradually failing. It used to close quietly from just past the fully open point but gradually the position from which it begins to close by itself is getting closer and closer to the closed position. Now it stays open at any point between upright and halfway closed. Even if I push it to the halfway closed point it stays open. Only by pushing it beyond halfway does it start to close by itself. Also when it shuts, it clunks now.

Can’t fault it. Strong and fittings look far more robust than other toilet seats. Reasonably easy to fit even for me and has stayed secure. Slow close is good and so slow you want to salute it like the flag being lowered! Great buy.
