Excellent pasta
Searching for a good gluten free pasta, I have tried many shapes and brands until I found this. It has the mouth feel of regular pasta and the taste is amazing. It costs more than others but is so worth it.If you cannot have gluten and you are missing your pasta fix buy this now.

Best GF pasta I've ever had. Texture was great, pasta held the sauce and tasted great!Will def but again!

Good, but expensive
The taste is good. Shaws has their own brand of gluten-free pasta which is just as good as or better and is significantly cheaper. however they don’t have as many shape of pasta. I’ve been ordering this on occasion to get different shapes.

The gold standard for gluten free pasta! Have searched 2 years and this checks all the boxes of great pasta.

Texture is off
Pasta becomes very soggy and gummy after cooking by the directions, but cooking for a shorter time leads to a tough texture. Cannot recommend. Theee stars because it is gluten free and arrived well packaged. Can’t recommend for cooking though.
