Great customer service!
First one came with a broken clip but was immediately replaced and customer service was great and easy to deal with. My husband says it does the job and has plenty of room for all the lunch things and Ice packs.

Large lunch container
Good bag, plenty of room for goodies. However it has no form to it(no hard top, sides, or bottom). I put a piece of card board on the bottom to support the weight, otherwise the bag will cave in from the weight.

It does the job.
It’s not much to say about this. It’s a lunchbox. It’s insulated it has a front pouch that you can store napkins and utensils in and it works pretty well especially for the price. I would recommend this to anybody who just needs a basic lunchbox for work.
