Placed an order for a screen replacement for my co-workers cracked IPhone 12 Pro MAX and fits perfectly with it. Functions are smooth and runs as efficient as the original Apple screen. Has the same quality as the original Apple screen and runs perfectly smooth. Easy to install as well and was durable enough to withstand pressure applied to it. Came with a screen protector and it was also easy to install the screen protector. The wipes came with the product as well although the wipes were small and hoping it was bigger for surface coverage as you wipe. Tools were not used but if you didn't have any tools to begin with then it would be recommended to use the tools that came with the product. The screen protector was easy to remove as well and it didn't need much pressure to adjust and remove it. Dust particles will get through if you are not careful with the screen protector and will wear out the adhesive under neath if adjusted too many times. Overall, has good quality and was easy to install.

Bought this for my wife's Iphone 12. Screen looks nice BUT, any time that her phone dies and we recharge it, we cannot turn on the screen (we can tell that the phone is back on and charged because alarms and notifications sound and I can press side buttons simultaneously and it vibrates for me to power it off but of course I can't because the screen will not come on and will not respond to touch).The only way I have been able to get it to come back on is to open up the phone and unplug the battery which of course kills the phone. After that I can press the power button and it all comes back on and works again, This has happened 3 times now.FOLLOW-UPThe seller has been very responsive to my issue and sent me a replacement before I even had a chance to respond to them. I actually haven't had a chance to install the replacement yet but I absolutely give them high marks for the way they have handled following up with me and staying in touch. They clearly care about customer satisfaction more than just about any other seller I have ever dealt with. Good seller! Very impressed with their integrity!

5 year warranty, non human error given with a review:Easy to follow instructions. My first DIY for XR. Took me like 2 hours due to tiny screws and magnetic tools. Tools were helpful, yet I suggest using a blade to insert on end then pry open with plastic tool. Works well! Comes with screen protector!

The installation took a while for me, since the parts are real tiny. But nevertheless, got everything working. I think the image on magnetic pad is not correct, had to refer a few YouTube videos to get it done. Overall, I am satisfied with the product. I am writing this after a month of use. No mishaps, battery draining. Touchwood.

I bought this screen back in 2022 and the screen was perfect. Now, back with another broken screen, I bought a replacement hoping that it would be the same quality. However, it was not. The first screen that arrived was broken on arrival, no response and was black when turning on my device. I tried multiple times - no luck. I submitted a request for a replacement, hoping that it would be better and that it was a mistake on their end - all good. Nope. The new screen has touch responsive issue. The screen feels like it has a delayed feeling. I tested my old screen and the new screen to be sure. Overall, I gave the product 2 tries and came out disappointed. Would not purchase again.UPDATE: Seller reached out and sent a new screen. Works better.

Functions, durable, easy installation

Even though the description of this item says "The Face ID and 3D touch will work like the original screen". It did not work. An error appears saying an "unknown part" was installed so Face ID is disabled.The link to this items install instructions is broken. But using other videos was close enough to make this replacement easy to complete.Otherwise the screen works well and installation was easy.

Update: after assistance from seller, I got a new screen and everything is working like new, the screen color is very accurate, the brightness is the same as a original screen even in the sunlight and all the clip brackets lined up wonderfully, these screens work amazing, I just happened to get a faulty screen, but the seller is more than happy to help its customers on any problems they may encounter, would buy again from this seller and these screens!The screen itself seemed like new, but I noticed the very top left corner wouldn't register touch and had to click it very hard to detect my finger, the replacement process went very well and received a new one but now the screen has horizontal block like lines running across it and light coming out of the earpiece, these kits seem like quality, but you do have a chance of getting a faulty screen, but the replacement process goes well. just wish there was better quality control since I wouldn't want to be opening my phone so much to replace a faulty screen time and time again.

I really like the screen as it is works well, plus a YouTuber who fixes screen said this specific one is pretty good. However, the one I got, the little earpiece speaker I got came broken, really unfortunate since the product is super!

- The home button gets noticeably hot after a minute of usage.At first I though this might be due to the glue residue left on the metal panel. After scraping it away with some hydrogen peroxide I reinstalled the screen, but the problem persisted. My hypothesis is that this is due to the poor insulation of the digitizer. Compared to the original one, the light of the digitizer is emitting direct light onto the home button connectors. On the original screen, the black cable coating was protecting the lower part of the phone from this light. Regardless, this is the main reason why I would NOT recommend getting this screen.- The screen color is bleak and blue-ish in comparison to the original.This is something that is expected from my previous experience with screen repairs.- The display connectors came twistedI did not notice and first and had to redo the whole process twice to fix the cable position.- The only positive thing is that the package arrived faster than expected and that the tools included in the package were of good quality.
