Rings weren’t working. Called support and was told I was sent the Chinese version of these bags and I have no way of changing out my cat’s litter box at the moment.

Factory units. Easy to replace per design. Works well.I have found some problems in certain individual units. The first one with the unit had holes in about four of the bags. The second had no problems. The third had three bags break as I took them out. My guess is they have different manufacturers or lots that dictate quality.With that one thing said - these ARE great. They fit perfectly. They recognize by the machine. They work.

I would not suggest even trying to buy these off SHEIN or Temu not worth the savings if you get one for a different region. Yes, the PETKIT Ultra has region RF ID for these bags. So don’t surch for the cheapest price.

Easy to use in the PetKit ultra automatic litter box. Just drop the ring in the hopper and cover with the ring rim and close the trunk lid.

The bags work but beware you can only buy bags from official petkit store or their Amazon store. If you buy bags imported from another region they will cause the device to malfunction. There is a microchip in the bag ring that communicates to the device via NFC, the device will not operate if it isn’t a region match. I tried their bags from china (where they are all made anyway) because they were cheaper and was surprised they didn’t work when there is no functional or physical difference.
