Well, I found it!BACKGROUND:I have an older typical office chair I was using for a long time when recently one of the plastic wheels broke! Of course, it had to be when I was going to sit in it and nearly tipped over and fell! Good thing it was me and not one of my cats who was traumatized, right? I knew it might happen but didn't know what to do about it. So I researched wheel replacements (and there are SO many) for office/gaming chairs and read the product reviews to determine that the “Office Chair Wheels Replacement [with] Rollerblade Style [caster wheels]” was the right choice for me.WHO IS IT (BEST) FOR? • Anyone who wants/needs to replace their broken, cracked, defective, or noisy wheels on their office/gaming chair • Anyone who has a larger body frame and needs the wheels to be able to support their weight • Anyone who likes quick and easy installation with no tools required • Anyone who appreciates a “lifetime promise” warranty that never expiresWHAT’S THE DEAL: WHAT AM I GETTING? WHAT CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT IT? • The box contained the 5 wheels, a post-card size “Installation” and “Lifetime Product Warranty” card with a history of the company and its founders, along with a hand-written note of thanks for your business. I thought that was a very nice and personalized touch! • They look good and study with their roller-blade-styling • They seem to be high-quality and well-made • They are mostly a universal size with standard stem that should fit any chair • They were SO easy to install: pull out the old wheels, push to click in these new ones (with a little force) • Once installed, the chair felt fine and was actually raised up a little and could move smoothly without catching on the floor matWHAT’S IN IT FOR ME? • You get better wheels than your current, probably plastic, cheap, low-quality materials set • You have comfort in having study, smooth-rolling wheels that fit almost every chair • They’re safe for all floor types so it won’t scratch or leave marks • Are you big(ger)? Well, they support up to 650 pounds! • They’re easy to install and don’t require tools (other than your hands) • They come with a lifetime warranty that doesn’t expireTECHNICAL SPECS: • Color: Black • Count: Five (5) • Weight: 2.6 pounds • Material: Polyurethane • Stem: Height = 7/8” (22mm), Width = 7/16” (11mm) • Wheel: Height = 3” (7.5cm), Width = 3” (7.5cm) (These are an approximation as I had to measure them myself with a ruler.)WHAT ARE THE CONS (Tell me the bad stuff too!): • Instability: Some, but VERY little. Although the wheels may be tall and narrow, any instability with the chair is usually caused by the chair design and the position of the user and their weight distribution. • Positioning: You should not need to to get off the chair and move it to the desired position, but may occasionally need to based on the weight applied to the chair. They don’t glide well across standard medium-to-high pile carpet. • Getting stuck: ...in a rut might occur, but just like anything heavy sitting in one spot for a long time, depressions (deep grooves) will form where the wheels are, and that's unavoidable. • Movement: If you're like me and have the usual house carpet, you will need a chair floor pad (plastic carpet protector) to move more smoothly than on regular carpet. Just know that the floor pad TOO will develop depressions. It's weight, gravity, and physics. You can't win. :(SUMMARY & CONCLUSION:It was a good decision and purchase for me. I didn’t much like my old plastic wheels and can’t imagine why they would even be designed for office/gaming chair use when the stress and weight from the chair can easily crack them. I liked the background story they included on the card, and the personal, hand-written thank you was a very nice touch.They look good, they work well, they’re sturdy, and they do the job. Knowing that the company gives you a non-expiring lifetime promise warranty eases my mind because as they say: “If you EVER have any issues with your chair wheels, we’ll send you a brand new set.” I’m not sure any other wheel manufacturer can say that and stand behind it. This company cares about their product and the person who’s going to be using it.

I’m an elementary school teacher working in multiple classrooms, and these wheels have been a game changer. They are smooth, sturdy, and super easy to install with no tools needed. The shipping was quick too. My old chair wheels made a lot of noise when I moved between classrooms, but my new wheels are almost silent and I can roll around without causing any disruption. After I visited their page, read the reviews, watched videos, and listened to the testimonials, I was sold. You mean to tell me I can move around my office without making earthquake level rumbling sounds and disturbing my neighbors? Say Less! For $30 it was worth a shot.The wheels shipped next day, and I enjoyed reading the handwritten note and the "about us" insert that introduces you to their family business. Personal touches go a long way towards developing an authentic connection with customers.I assembled my chair and added the wheels at the same time. Installation was a breeze. It's as simple as removing the wheels on the old chair and poppin in your wheels. The universal designs help with the ease of assembly. 90% of the office chairs with wheels use this design (and it's probably more than that tbh) so you're good.The minute i sat in the chair and got to movin and groovin, the silence startled me. No screeching, scratching, or sqeaking beneath me. The actual chair made more sounds than the wheels. These wheels were so quiet, I rolled down the hallway to show the new wheels off to my wife and she was legit startled because she heard nothing. Who knew roller blade wheels could unlock stealth mode on an office chair?! So from the bottom of my heart, thank you!Moving on to the product, it is by far the smoothest wheels I ever glided on with a chair my whole life. Time will tell how durable they would be, but something tells me they’ll last long enough. Very easy to put on, though not that easy to take out, which should be a sigh of relief. Brilliant work you guys. Really hope you go as far as you dream and beyond with your family business.

Easy to install, just pull out the old casters and put in the new ones. Way better than a mat or carpet for laminate or hardwood floors. Chair glides very smoothly now. Very heavy duty. These honestly should just be the stock caster wheels on all office chairs.

These wheels exude class and quality. It was so easy to replace my old (expensive) plastic wheels which tend to peel every 12-18 months. So far they roll smoothly on both my carpet and wood flooring. Will see how they fare in 12 months time but my confidence is high on these.It was also nice to see a personal note from the company itself. The box is unlike the brown paper ones and the guarantee is visibly printed. Nice!
