**Q: WILL THIS FIT A  WINIX WAC 5500**

I'll probably need a replacement soon so I'll probably order this set and try them out and let you all know if there aren't a string of other confirmations already by then.

**Q: Hi. We just purchased these filters and they do not fit our WAC9500 pet model. What do we exchange it for? Very frustrating.**
A: The 115115 HEPA replacement filter will fit the WAC9500 unit if you first remove the complete original filter cartridge that came with the 9500.  Insert the 115115 filter into the unit fist (where the cartridge used to be) and then insert one of the black carbon filters so that the black carbon filter is facing the front of the unit and is on top.  You should replace the black carbon filter once every three months which is why you get four of them when you purchase a 115115 filter

A: The HEPA filter is:  12 5/8 w X 16 3/8 h X 1 1/4 d.  The carbon filter is:  12 3/8 X 16 1/4 h X 3/8 d.
