Great vitamins, easy to swallow and no bad taste. These keep my levels well within normal limits.

I love this! I had VSG then bypass and a year ago and since then these have been doing so well for me. While I was pregnant I did have to take extra iron and do an iron infusion because the one here wasn't enough, but overall all my lab works have come out perfect. I am also breastfeeding, so I continue to take this until I am done.

these are a good product, just know that if you have a senstive stomach after surgery then these may cause some irritation, i had to stop taking because they hurt my stomach and caused pain. but i am pretty sure it is a case by case scenerio
