I am giving this a 5 because I love the recipes and was so excited to finally get this book. Recipes are spot on, and there is a QR code on some of the recipes where you can see the recipe being made. Love Mississippi Kween!! On to what I do not like that has nothing to do with the author - I got the paperback and the quality is maybe a 2 or 3. The pages look like something you would print out from your computer, and just put together. Not very happy with the quality at all.
