This fan is good. Remote they have changed and used cheap plastic cover. It is basic remote fan serving the purpose

I bought this item in September 25, In July 26 (less than 1 year) the unit stopped functioning. I reported this to Crompton Customer care, but no action, no response for a week. Still waiting. Don't know when this will be attended. Very poor and slow Customer Care.
