The amplifiers give you 5 seconds to insert before they give of some feedback squealing. One places them back in the charger to shut them down, but the fit to the charger is loose so some fiddling around time (while it is squealing) is needed. I always read reviews before I purchase a product on Amazon and for the most part, they have been reliable. Not in this case. Despite the positive reviews (which make me suspicious now), when I received these hearing aids and plugged in the charging box, the green indicator lights would not function properly. One would come on, the other wouldn't. Then they would both go out. And the hearing aids began to whistle, loudly, even before I took them out of the charging box. There was nothing I could do to make them stop. They drove my wife and my dog crazy. I returned the product immediately, without even using it.

This is a good item and good value for the price. Real tiny and quite loud and clear - definitely good for one with severe hearing loss. Mya be too tiny for some with less dexterity. Volume adjustment using the multifunction button works quite well. Instructions, though not good English, are understandable. Setting up is easy. Charger is compact and charges uite fast.

The only value of these "hearing" aids is that the continuous High Pitched whistling may loosen up any earwax. The whistling was loud enough to cause my dog to leave the room. Otherwise, it's unusable and may even damage the ear with the whistling. Also, the instructions have misspellings that make it hard to understand.

I was attracted by its appearance from the beginning. It is no different from ordinary Bluetooth headphones, low-key and stylish. And its function is not inferior to professional hearing aids. The sound is amplified clearly, there is no howling, and it can suppress environmental noise. The battery life is also satisfactory. It can be used for a whole day on a single charge. The charging box is easy to carry, just like using wireless headphones.

My husband ordered these and at first they seemed fine. They fit like an AirPod so that feel didn’t bother him. However, he knew within five minutes of wearing he needed to send them back. Everything in our home was so loud it hurt his ears. Maybe they are better for someone with greater hearing loss but for mild hearing loss there was no way to turn them down enough to use comfortably. He could hear himself breathing and chewing from the inside he said, and his own normal speaking voice was too loud to him and it drove him crazy instantly.

This wireless hearing aid is really the one I am most satisfied with. Its sound quality is very clear and it can filter out background noise very well. Even in a noisy environment, you can clearly hear others talking. The wireless connection is very stable and there will be no disconnection, which makes me very worry-free when using it. And its battery life is very long. I can use it all day and night without frequent charging.
