This vacuum really surprised me! It’s small and lightweight, but the suction is seriously strong — it picked up dirt, crumbs, and pet hair with no problem. I love that it’s cordless, so I can use it in my car or around the house without dragging out an extension cord. The blower function is a nice bonus too. Battery life has been solid so far. Definitely worth the price

This little vacuum really surprised me. It feels sturdy in the hand and the battery life is excellent. Compared to a traditional bulky vacuum, this one is super portable — perfect for keeping in the car and great for quick clean-ups around the house too. The suction is strong enough for everyday needs, and the blower function is a bonus. I actually used it to inflate balloons for my kid’s party — worked way better than I expected. The two batteries make it easy to swap and keep going. Overall, solid performance and a very handy tool to have.

The device itself is wonderful. lots of power. and two batteries. The only fault I can find is that the charging device does not have US outlet tabs. Instead, it has European style pins. I need to either purchase an adapter or a new power supply.

At the time that I ordered this, there was 100% five-star reviews and everyone was happy with it. I was so excited to get this as I don't have an outlet to plug in my ShopVac in the garage anymore. I got the battery charged up and ready to go. I then read over the instructions and I was shocked that there are attachments given, but no instructions on how to put them on. After much trial and error, I was able to figure out that the attachment that is normally designed for edge and corner suction is the attachment piece for the multisurface nozzle and the larger brush attachment. I absolutely HATE IT when a company does not include instructions on all its parts, no matter how easy it might seem. I shouldn't have to spend even two seconds trying to figure it out. The instructions should be provided. In addition to that, the main brush attachment was not properly protected and the bristles are a bit mangled. I am confident that the motor is probably the only good thing about this unit. It seems to have good power with suction. But again, there are blowing attachments, but no instructions on how to switch the unit from suction to blowing, and there is no visible evidence of a switch on the unit. This leads me to believe that these attachments probably go on the back of the unit to make use of its natural blowing to provide suction. The problem is that I can't figure out how the attachments are held secure to that end. I tried twisting it, but it does not lock very securely. As soon as you turn the unit on, the attachment either blows off or it will blow off if you put any bump or pressure on the attachment. So it means that you can't do much rubbing or bumping on ANY of the attachments as they will all come off. I'm absolutely flabbergasted that anyone gave this unit a full five stars!! I'm seriously contemplating returning it. I will try to use it as the only thing that really matters to me is the vacuum suction. If I can complete the job, I'll keep it. If the parts fall off while I'm trying to the job, I'm definitely returning it. Surely there must be something better than this to purchase!

I bought this second vacuum a couple weeks after purchasing the first because I really liked the product. After 3 months of very light use (in my Kia Sportage) it stopped working and I tried all the recommended trouble shooting multiple times. I sent a message to the company who never responded. Poor customer service for an otherwise quality product.

This is a great little item, and has sufficient vacuum for all smaller needs i.e. Keyboard cleaning, Ashtray cleaning tiight spaces where a vacuum is needed. It's more of a dust removal, and works better on small solids. I have had this now for a few months and am completely satisfied with its ability. Batteries charge as expected and it has sufficient power for a small handheld portable unit. It could however be improved with a smaller, thinner crevice tool brush. Easily to use and store!
