The media could not be loaded. About a month ago, we had some kind of animal getting into our house. We kept hearing scratching sounds about the exhaust vents in our bathrooms. We had no idea what it was, or how it was getting in or out. Eventually we called a critter control person to come and investigate. Unfortunately, he saw no signs of nesting, burrowing, or anything else that would indicate some type of animal invader. Because of that, he was unable to offer us any help. He told us that the only way we could move forward, was to figure out what it was and how it was getting in. This was obviously frustrating.Well, I decided to order a trail cam and investigate myself. After doing a little research, it settled on this particular camera. I didn't need anything fancy, just something cheap that would capture good enough quality video, and was easy to setup and use. This checked all those boxes. I was able to set the thing up in a matter of minutes, and place it out in my yard pretty easily with the included strap. I tried it in different spots around my house and wasn't catching anything, however, after about a week of recording, I checked my footage and boom, there it was! The culprit was a bird flying out of one of the vents on the side of our house.This camera worked great for being able to capture the footage we needed. I liked the fact that there was a timer and you could determine the hours you wanted to film between. I also liked that you could turn off the audio recording to save on file size. I didn't need audio, I just needed to see what it was coming and going. The night vision was also clear and easy to see. If you're in a situation like we were in, I'd definitely recommend checking out something like this. It was cheap, easy to use, and delivered exactly the results we were looking for. All in all, we were very satisfied with our experience using this camera. Now we can move forward and finally resolve the issue with birds getting into our house.

In one month this camera has corrupted 3 different microSD cards, all from different brands. Image quality is about as poor as an ancient flip-phone. Didn’t even get what I paid for.

This camera seems to function as advertised. Two of the more expensive cameras I purchased quit powering up after 3 days. Good entry level camera.

This thing helped me capture footage of large creatures like coyotes/red wolves and small possums and raccoons. Some animals notably cats/deer do seem to notice the lighting the camera uses to help make nighttime footage and are more cautious. Works best with energizer lithium batteries in cold temps. In warm temps doesn’t matter what batteries as much.

Cheap and I saw the reviews. I bought this because I needed a camera to place in a area where it might get stolen. No reason to lose an expensive camera. Set it up and tested. Seems to work just fine. Placed in the field and the first thing that happened was the strap broke before I was done mounting it. Adapted and overcame. In the field and will update if issues arise. No much of a review but broke during install.

Just got this trail camera — looks solid and high quality. Haven’t tested it yet, but excited to see how it captures wildlife in 4K!
