It has been working great.The speeds are stable and consistent across all ports. Even my devices that are only 1Gb get right up to their full rated speed without any drops or throttling. The 2.5Gb ports deliver excellent performance for file transfers and gaming with very low latency. It's exactly what I needed for a reliable multi-gig backbone without breaking the bank.Physically, the switch is very light and made of plastic, but it's a basic, no frills design that gets the job done. It’s compact and easy to wall mount or tuck away on a desk shelf if you want to keep it out of sight. Its fanless so means it runs completely silent, which is a big plus for something that runs 24/7.Basically this is a very affordable unit that simply does what you need it to do, plug and play, no configuration required. I’ve had zero connectivity issues since installing the replacement.Speaking of which, I did have a small issue with my initial unit.
