I was a but skeptical reading the mixed reviews but so far I have had no issues. It is well built and was easy to put the handle on. Fits well on my fire door. Brought as it also has a key option which meets regulations for fire doors. Quick set up for finger print and works well with password. However I only really use finger print and key

It’s a good product and easy to operate. However, installation can be somewhat technical. Is perfect for bedroom door.

The fingerprint system is not great u have to press it 10times before it recognises it. The passcode is a pain you cannot have a simple 4digit code it has to be at least 8!I wouldn't encourage people to buy one. It cost a lot for something that is not great.Locks fine easy to install.

The door handle is fitted and the basic operation works fine. Users set up and entry and exit ok. What I want is an open period of 6 hours that locks when the time expires. This would allow entry and exit to anyone. I asked the seller but no reply. Does anyone have any success stories they want to share

Relatively easy to fit into existing door with some minor adjustments as the original handle I had was a lot smaller. Works good so far. I’ve installed it on an internal porch door as a bit of extra security as we leave the front door open sometimes. The ability to create new codes to give to people that need it is good my only problem with this is it’s great on Bluetooth but would be amazing if it worked on WiFi so I can talk to the handle when I’m not next to it.

It's a great smart door lock , easy to install , we use it on our separate guest bedroom door which sometimes we rent it out as airbnb. Its so convenient .Good value for money. It can be opened with key, password as well as fingerprint . highly recommended!

Brought this to hide my ps5 and stuff out of kids way excellent item 2nd finger print for my partner took a while but got there in the end app is easy to use bit hit and miss but have code finger print cards and spare keys if necessary
