So easy covers the grey and so easy to touch up

I will NEVER buy this product again! The instructions stated was to shampoo hair with product and if you have darker hair you need to wait 30-45 minutes. Not 5 minutes like most of the videos shows. So, i put on the gloves and ear protection they provided. It absolutely did NOT cover my gray hair at all. I had it on for only 10 minutes because it was burning the life out of my scalp and the smell was intense. Exactly the same smell you get when you do box dye or salon. As I pumped the product, it came out ok at first but after several pumps it started pumping out a clear gel substance. It's like it was separated. So, was I supposed to "shake well"? Because the instructions did not state that. All in all the hype with this product is exactly that...a hype. The product did not deliver on its "shampoo-like" process at all. The product was very thick, super smelly, and did not cover my grays. I had high hopes for this product but I am super disappointed and would not recommend this product to anyone.

Got full coverage on one side of my head and not the other

I decided to give it a second try . It again covered well but for dark brown hair it is 25 min . Scalp tingles and at one point I debated to remove early but tingling subsided so I left on 25 min as directed . It is Messy and this time I mixed it in a glass bowel as the activator again does not pump out mixed nor is it easy to do . Mix in bowel , wear better gloves then supplied Hoping it last a few weeks again . Pump is really bad and very very difficult . .

This is great stuff!!! I have to leave it in longer than instructed. About 20 mins longer but it WORKS! IT'S AMAZING! IT LASTS! And it NOT HARSH on my hair! What more can you ask for? THANK YOU POLAR!

Covers grey totally

Tried it once put it on my white hairs; I only left it on for 10 mins and the white where less noticeable. Next time I will try to condense and put more of the product on and leave it on for longer then 10 mins. But very happy with it so far

The media could not be loaded. This product is nothing but scam. First of allIt says it’s not toxic. But I feel it is. There was a very strong smell like ammonia as soon I started putting on my hair. It felt burn. My eyes started feel the burn. But it went away after few minutes. My head was itching badly after I took shower. I missed someSpots so I wanted to touch up today. But what I noticed only clear liquid is coming out. No brown liquid like yesterday. Yesterday only brown liquid came out. But today only clear liquid. So it means dye is no more. I thought it’s for multiple use. But actually it’s not. As you can in attached video I don’t even have long or thick. Hair. I have short and normal hair. How can this be finished in one time ? So basically I paid $30 for one time hair color ? I can buy 3 packets of color. So basically it’s full of chemicals, rip off and scam to loot the customers.
