Is awesome,I use this at work to keep fit,& make me sweat more. It’s a perfect fit.

I got two, one for my husband and one for me! We are about 170+ LB. each. I got two LARGE, the shirt fits perfectly, but the pants are a little tight on the thighs, so if you have big thighs, size up! . We sweat a lot using this; the material is sturdy, will see how it does on its first wash. I would suggest wearing long sleeves because you will sweat! It has a lot of pockets, and the pants' pockets have zippers!

Zipper vest so much better than trying to pull a shirt over head to remove. Fits well and comfortable to wear during workouts, definitely makes ya sweat! Also I’m 6’4” and 230 lbs and the 4x/5x fits perfect. Seems to be put together well and zipper seems sturdy…I rinse it after every use and it dries fast.
