I’m pretty happy with this stuff. Does have all the nutritional value I was looking for. I blend my two scoops and a small blender with ice and water sometimes milk. It does pretty well with water or milk. The powder makes a mess when it falls out of the scoop. So I transferred mine to a nice canister, which made my countertop happy.

Great Product!!! I will always have this on hand.The only meal replacement powder I have ever enjoyed...and I love it. No weird tastes or after taste.

I did not much care for this product as I was expecting a thick shake but this was watery and no matter what I added it was not possible to thicken it up. I also found it VERY expensive. The taste was ok as was the smell. I would not buy again.

Absolutely love this. The chocolate macadamia blends up perfectly and tastes so good. I am on keto and IF and this is what I use to break my fast at 11 am. I wont be hungry again until dinner. I also am going through some medical treatments that require high levels of protein to aid in healing and this is an easy way to get an extra 28 grams in. Always have it on hand.

All the reviewers seemed to like this shake mix, but I do not. The taste is not good, and the price is way too high. I wanted to like it, but I cannot. I will not be repurchasing.
