My child started the bad habit of sucking on their fingers. No matter what I did, they refused to stop and would just continue the bad behavior. This product works like a charm. They no longer suck their finger while it is applied. The only downside is the more they suck their fingers, the quicker the product wears off. So just apply it regularly. Would recommend!

My friend and I tried it before I was going to put in my kids nails. The taste is absolutely horrible. So that effective. It almost made us vomit. It took me using salt water to get the taste out and she ate some food. I will not be putting this on my kid.

Very effective and extremely deterring when it comes to nail, biting in or some sucking, however we warn it may cause your child to throw up the first week or two. As the taste is that bad.

I guess for its purpose effective enough. Problem is it made my little throw up because she eats with her hands. Be careful when using.

We call it “Dino nails” because of the packaging, which makes it easier to get us to get our son to agree to them. The taste is awful, I even tested it on myself first. But it’s not toxic tasting. And it can go away after a little while so they aren’t traumatized. But it definitely stopped him from putting his fingers in his mouth!

My 21mn old has sucked his thumb so much the nail is damaged and the skin down to his webbing is inflamed red 24/7. If both of those things weren't happening i wouldn't mind his thumb sucking. But since it has damaged his thumb so much I had to grt something to stop it. After reading the reviews I decided to give this a shot.It does not work one bit!! It says " a little goes a long way!" So at first I just put a day on his nail, let it dry a little and then set him free. IMMEDIATELY his thumb went in his mouth and.... absolutely no reaction, like i hadn't put anything on! So i grabbed his thumb again and this time I coated his nail as well as the tip of his thumb! Once again....NOTHING! He put his thumb in his mouth and happily laid down sucking it like nothing had happened.....Don't waste your money on this junk
