This posture corrector is pretty nice. It's comfortable to wear, adjustable, and the color is pretty. The material feels pretty thick, and it does feel supportive, but not super restrictive which is good. The Velcro is super strong and definitely won't come apart easily. You can wear it over your shirt for an hour or so to help, I wouldn't wear it for long periods at a time. Definitely like this and glad I got it to assist with my poor posture!

This helps my posture. I have back alignment issues and it keeps my back upright. I recommend wearing for at least two hours a day during downtime for it to work optimally.

The product is good for what it claims it will do. The support felt great, particularly for the reasonable price. It is light-weight and once I got it on, it was comfortable. The size was not as expected, I should have purchased a larger size (or the instructions could have explained how to adjust the size). It comes in a small box and is folded up tight so the velcro made it difficult to unfold because I was concerned that I was unfastening or ripping a strap I was not supposed to. Back to the instructions, I found they were of little help. Written for someone who already knows how the thing works. I am not one who can assemble things on my own, or use them w/o direction, so I rely on a product's 'included' instructions.

I have both spinal stenosis and mild, age related scoliosis. I thought I had ordered a brace in a light tan color since this is summer, and I wear mostly light colored clothes that would not work over a black brace. However, I wore it out under a navy blue t-shirt for about 5 hours. I could immediately feel a straightening of my posture. It did not trigger any spine related pain. It works when standing and walking, but not while sitting. I did notice the feel of the panel at the spine area and this reminded me not to slump. As for the comfort level, I would find it uncomfortable to wear when out in the summer heat. In addition, the material over the shoulders, extends out beyond the armpits and while it didn't seem to cause irritation, it felt awkward. Last, upon my return home with the brace on, I realized that my bra, beneath the brace had shifted and there was very little coverage on one side. That was embarrassing to know I had been out in public like that. It seemed like the best time to wear the brace since I knew I'd be mostly on my feet while out and about. I will never wear it out again. Again, the black color already limits wear time unless you only wear dark clothes. I may use it again around the house when doing housework but I don't see having it on enough to make that 21 day difference that's advertised. I recommend finding a brand with optional colors. Black just isn't practical for many of us. Also, be conscious of your bra and that the friction of the brace hasn't shifted your bra cups.

I really liked it, it supports my back, the material is durable and soft and it has chest support, it is adjustable, I ordered S/M and it fits me well and take it feel good my back feel more rest

This looks to be a good product, and I looked carefully to find one that would not pull too much under my arm because I have radiation damage under my arm. I ordered a small and my husband thought it was too small to even get a proper fit, but I Could tell by trying it that it pulls under the arm too much even though it has a wide strap for my delicacy. I think it would be good for most people, but tend to a larger size if you’re on the border of small to medium or medium to large. I had to return it.
