I like that I don't have to use Kcups and instead use regular coffee. It makes a great cup of coffee and I'm very happy with how easy it is to use.

I Ordered this single serve coffee maker and got it overnight. Everything went well. The packaging was fantastic and secure. Very simple to use. You put the amount of water into the water tray that you want to brew, and it will automatically brew that amount of water. It took roughly under a minute and a half to brew 8 oz, so not bad for a $25 single serve coffee machine. It’s very slim. It will fit pretty much anywhere on your countertop. It works well with K cups as well as coffee grounds, as it came with a separate brewing basket for your grounds. It tastes like it delivers a bold coffee taste just as I like it! Definitely the best bang for the Buck if you want something simple and a quick cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend to other people.

This thing never did actually make coffee. Running water through it one time to resulted in Luke warm splatters that would have been coffee stains. So... I moved the base up to the second position to actually test the coffee... The higher slot for the cup holder is very unstable and sags. The lid is huge, though it was shorter than my Keurig, it wouldn't fit under the same counter because the lid opens away from you and adds a lot of height when opened. So I pulled it from under the cabinet to add water, which is awkward given the way it opens, if you pour the water from the mug you're going to use and that mug is big, it is difficult to pour in the water without what leaning the machine backwards. Given all this, I would have made so and kept it but it simply never made any coffee. I sweet it up per the instructions... There's a little rubber topper on the inside that looked like temporary packing so I pulled that out and tried again... The water just gets luke warm for a few minutes before the machine turns off. Saving 30 bucks from just rebuying the Keurig just want worth it. The Keurig worked fine but after a few years it just didn't have the pressure and took too long to make a cup so I thought it better to replace it than clean it it again. Shrug emoji

I had an old single-cup coffee maker that used K-cups or a reusable pod that you put coffee grounds in. Unfortunately, when I brought it up to my home office, it had ceased working. A new single cup coffee maker by the known brand was cost-prohibitive. I started looking and found this one that takes K-cups or you can put your favorite coffee in a pod provided by Bella. There are several colors available for the coffeemaker and they have other small appliances to coordinate in the various colors. I bought the matte purple. The coffee comes out great. I love that you can move the plate to accommodate a travel mug or a ceramic/plastic mug. If you use a mug, you need to move the plate up. If the mug is on the heavy-side the plate will tilt down a little at the front. I found if you place a K-cup under the front edge of the plate it lifts it to the perfect height so it is level. I am hoping to find something in plastic that is the same height as the K-cup. The coffee tastes great everytime!

It’s light weight and coffee taste great after it brews . The size was space saving. But need to have a mug for the brewing coffee .

This is perfect for our office.... no yukky water sitting around. Add the water you need ...it gets used then toss the disposable kcup or pod

Simple no bells and whistles coffee maker. I like that, it keeps things easy and more likely problem free. It has an accessory for K-cups which is very nice also. Easy to maintain basket for ground coffee. More than sufficient brew capacity and a size that fits most anyplace it is put. Nice safety features also (if you forget to put water in it - shuts off automatically). I would buy it again in an instant.

I purchased this because I owned a Bella 14 ounce coffee maker for years with no problems until the reusable filter needed to be replaced. I decided to upgrade to this and was looking forward to using K-cups as well as ground coffee. Some of the reviews said it would turn off while brewing but my faith in Bella thought that it would work well. It would turn off occasionally but I persevered. Now I wish I would have heeded the negative reviews and returned it before the return period passed. I bought it three months ago and I have to push the on button three or more times before it brews a cup. Another issue is the adjustable tray doesn't seem sturdy enough to hold and sags down in the front. To prevent it from falling I use it on the lower level and then wipe up all the splashes on the coffee maker. Don't waste your money on this and read the many negative reviews.

We really liked the compact size of coffee maker but unfortunately had to return it as it wasn’t working properly. The vendor was quick to respond on the return however and we got our refund right away. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from this vendor again in the future.
