There are a few reasons I chose Swanson. Foremost, it's a brand you can trust. Even my cardiologist uses and recommends Swanson. Very important for me is the fact that this particular formulation does not use soy in the preparation of Kaneka Ubiquinol.It works better than other brands I've used in the past. Leg cramps and pain from statins are real as I learned years ago. I've had relief from other brands but some of the ingredients were not something I wanted to ingest on a daily basis.I've worked out the dosage so that I can take the minimal to be effective because it isn't cheap. If I have to increase dosage for any reason, the 100 mg is the best to adjust.I've even subscribed to this which is unusual for me but saves me money in the long run.There's so much information out there on the importance of adding Co-Q-10 to your supplement list for many reasons other than taking statins. I feel that I have finally found this particular formulation by Swanson is the one best for me and as long as I can afford it, will be my favorite.

I have been using Ubiquinol 100 mg a day for past 2 months. I has helped me feel more alert, helped me with more vitality and certainly helped with lowering my glucose levels. Will stay with Swanson brand- this being the most economical.

I take this with my statin medication to help prevent muscle aches which statins can cause. This stuff helps quite a bit and has enabled me to continue to use my statin meds without muscle pain. Highly recommended, especially this stuff which has the Kaneka seal on the bottom left. This is a particular method of extraction which they say is better utilized by the body. It replaces what the statins take away.

I saw the product recommended on some TV Doctor show, and because I've been taking CoQ10 for about 15 years, was impressed with the hype over this product and decided to try it. I think it is too soon to tell if the product itself is better than CoQ10, but more than likely it is. I was delighted with the speed with which my order was delivered and I will be ordering again.
