Some of the spaces on the wheel aren't indented so the ball can't land on all the numbers. Otherwise a cool watch

Overall, the watch has a substantial feel, is well made with a nice weight to it, and looks great. I reached out to customer service with a few questions and concerns, and they responded promptly and addressed all of them. The media could not be loaded. I ordered this watch as a gift to myself after a long and exhausting holiday season. Although not an avid gambler, I admired this timepiece's unique design and function. I was presently surprised upon arrival. The packaging itself is subpar. It's a cardboard box that is underwhelmingly designed. Given the high price point, I would've preferred a much better-designed packaging and presentation. The current packaging takes away from the overall perceived value of the watch itself, but the watch is very nice though. While I still think it's a bit over-priced given some of the materials and overall quality in comparison to other watches in this price range, it still seems to be well-built. the timing has been accurate thus far and the movement, while it ticks, is relatively quiet. It was easy to set, but I did initially find the clasp-style bracelet a little difficult to adjust, but once I figured it out and it loosened up a bit it was no longer a problem. The spinning roulette wheel is fantastic. It spins fast and for a long time, with the small roulette ball jumping and spinning in between. I was very surprised at how well it works. Although a bit ostentatious, it's well-designed and looks great. I've only worn it a few times so far, but I received compliments and awe every time.
