As a qualified plumber I have fitted lots of boiling/hot water taps of different makes and for the price this one is great quality so far works a treat

I previously had an Insinkerator tap but it failed after 8 years. A replacement was over £1,000 so I thought this was a real bargain. I was apprehensive but on unpacking it was clearly very well made. The brushed steel tap looks very smart and it easy to use. I did the installation my self which was really easy, just follow the instructions and pictures. I like how it came with two filters so I have a spare in stock now. As a bonus they include an insulated flask which is handy for picnics. Its only ben in for a day but so far we are really impressed. At this price its a genuine bargain and highly recommended.

Being a plumber I’ve fitted a few different types of these and it’s as good as any, It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, good solid tap and easy to fit. Water temperature is always up to temperature which we have at 98 Degrees and just kicks in now & again when it’s not being used. For the money you can’t go wrong compared to others that are a lot more expensive , the tap is covered with 5 years warranty & 2 years on the boiling tank.The only problem I can see with it is the boiling tap control could be awkward if you’ve got arthritis or not a good grip but a good safety feature if you’ve got small kids.

I had it right away, so my pasta was ready in a flash.The whole thing is simple and aesthetic. The materials used are of the highest quality, and the assembly is relatively simple.The price may be high, but if you care about what I wrote earlier, it's definitely worth it. I'm super happy. Hot water all the time.

Yamataro 3in1 Boiling Water Tap Instant Hot WaterI live in an old property that does not have hot water to the kitchen, up until now we have always used a kettle of hot water from the top of our range. This works great in the winter when the fire is alight, but we have to resort to an electric kettle in the summer. This hot water kit should solve our problem. The hot water kit arrived double boxed, so was well protected during shipping. Inside all components were protected by foam, so even if dropped I doubt the contents would be damaged. Inside the box you will find the following: 1 x Tap Assembly, 1 x Water Tank, 2 x Filters, 1 x Pipe Kit, and 1 x User Guide.My first impression was that this appears to be well made, there is nothing cheap about this at all that I could detect. The tap assembly is huge being made from brass with a brushed aluminium appearance. This mounts through a single hole in your worktop or sink, secured by a single plastic nut and washer. There are 4 pipes coming from the tap assembly, these connect to your existing plumbing and the hot water boiler tank. Most of what you need is here, but you may need to purchase a few extra fittings depending on the layout of your existing water pipes.I was pleased to find that the boiler is connected to power via a kettle like cable with a 3 pin wall plug attached. This has the advantages that you don't require an electrician to connect this up for you, but you will need a power socket close to the sink as I doubt this would be safe plugged into an extension cable.Once connected up you have the advantage of heated filtered water, plus it is claimed this will supply boiling water so you can make tea direct from the tap.As much as I like this, plus it does seem to be well made. I am a little concerned about the boiling water feature, it sounds like a recipe for burning ones self? Although, if this is a concern you can set the temperature to what you want via the controls on the boiler. Personally I would have this set well below boiling for safety. Yes, this does have a child proof tap to help protect children, but we all make mistakes. The other issue I have is that to maintain a high temperature the bore of the pipe is quite small, so even with the tap turned to maximum you will only get a limited flow of water from this. Ideal for those with dish washers who want to rinse their dishes first before placing in a dish washer. But if you want to fill a bowl for washing up by hand you will have a bit of a wait.Overall though, this appears well made and not too hard to install.
