don't waste your money

I ordered these to help boost my energy levels and performance in workouts, especially on days that I ‘really do not feel like it’. They are quite small (14.5mm x 10.7mm x 5.1mm), hard, tasteless, and easy to swallow blue tablets and come in a pack of 10. This makes them about £1 each. The ingredients list consists of supplements that recognise and have taken before. It says to take 1 pill 30 to 60 mins before activity, which is convenient for me to take just before I leave the house. Personally, I find that they do give a lift, nothing dramatic but just what I need to get going and start in a positive frame of mind. I am not sure how long the effect lasts since I am usually pretty drained after a workout. They didn’t give me a headache, and I didn’t feel thirsty like some others do. However, I expect that the others are trying to be a bit punchier, so more downsides are expected. So, I for as I am concerned, these do pretty much what they say they will do, are pretty safe, have few if any downsides and are a reasonable priced.

Great tablets kicks in straight away but gave me a headache the next day I don't know if it's cause I didnt drink alot of water after words. But it was great tho at the time
