Joseph Joseph JJ289 Mezzaluna, Folding Herb Chopper, Green , 18x13x2 cm

Only just received mine and whilst it chops well it is quite dangerous in use. I looked on the American Amazon site and found I was not the only person to find this. I accidentally picked the chopper up by one of the handles and it swung round trapping one of my fingers. Fortunately I did not draw blood as the other user did. Safe for storage though I guess. I also discovered we pay through the nose in this country

Much easier to work with than a knife and cuts much finer. For things like garlic, chop roughly first (with the tool) and then rock to finly prepare. I love thr flavour herbs give, but never liked big pieces of "rough chopped" leaf in my food. All round good tool.

It's a great tool, cuts through anything (except chopping boards, haven't cut through one of those yet)! Careful with your fingers as you flick the handles open and closed, and beware if you have big hands and feel like going for it single-handedly... Owch! ;) Can't wait to find a bigger version for a proper Italian pizza cutting experience...

Really a good kitchen tool for your herbs. Like the way the handles are used as a safety method to cover the blade. Also good value for money compared to some.

A great product love this does a great job I really love this as the handles fold in keeping the blade safe from injury whilst stored in the draw.

Love this item. Have had rigid cutters before as well was ones with double blades but this one is much easier to use and the knife guard is really handy when putting it in the draw

This is a must have in any cooks kitchen. It’s not just for chopping herds I have used it to chop onions,garlic, chillies avocados. It’s great for making homemade guacamole .

I've only use this twice and am extra careful when washing it as it's super sharp. Its great that the blade hides away in the handle but you do need to be careful.
