What isn't to like about it? The temperature is variable and I can get just the right amount of heat without damage. The color and look are incredible. The diameter gives just the right amount of curl that holds pretty tight. It is very fast to heat up and the swivel cord never gets tangled. I had quite a few ladies over for a new years party getting ready for the fancy back tie evening event; everyone wanted to know where they could get one. The coloring caught everyone's attention and then no matter how many times we adjusted the temp or handed it around, the cord would just turn the way it needed and the curls kept coming. Most of us were done by the time the 'professional' curling iron one of the ladies brought was warm enough to help out. The price is good too. I paid around $35 for this product, and am really disappointed that it has this major flaw.
