These worked well to clean me out. Didn't cause upset stomach. I started with just one to make sure it would be okay, and got some results with even one.

It worked but for me, because of the shape of the pill they were hard to swallow.... my opinion not for me. The heart shape not a good idea. It may work for others...

Yeah this product does indeed cleanse the digestive system. If you're feeling sluggish, bloated, or backed up I would definitely give this a try. Says to take right before bed, which I did. I'm a deep sleeper so I awoke the next morning and immediately realized that my body is sending me the signals. Wide awake now, I ran to the bathroom. It does feel good to purge the body of so much waste. I felt lighter on my feet. I don't know if I can go the full 15 days, but I'm gonna try. As far as a laxative this stuff works. The pills are interesting little shapes. Wasn't hard to get down. Great health benefits in cleansing the colon.

First off, kudos to whomever can make it past the first dose. The only time I’ve done a cleanse/detox was for colonoscopy prep. Just when I thought that prep was bad, I go and take something like this to prove me wrong. I did as the product recommended, and took 2 capsules before bed. I took it at 9:30pm, and at 1am I awoke to the feeling of just slight cramping. I rolled over and went back to sleep. Between 1:45-2am the cramps started to intensify. I laid there while feeling them come in waves. They were akin to more intense menstrual cramps, and I have endometriosis, so they were pretty strong. My toes were curling from the pain. Shortly after, I made my first of many trips to the bathroom. Just when I thought I could lay down and try to relax, on came the cramps, then a dash to the bathroom. This went on for hours. I was finally able to sleep from about 8am-9am. Got up, and back in the bathroom. It’s 11:30am now, and I’m hoping to stay out of the bathroom for the rest of the morning, and hopefully afternoon because I’m sore. Since this is my first time doing a gut cleanse/detox, this may be totally standard, but whew, I don’t think I’m cutout for this. There’s no way I’d be able to do the full 15 days. If this sounds like something you’d like to give a try, do yourself a favor and buy some witch hazel/aloe wipes, you’re gonna need them.

I have tried a few different cleanse routines over the years. Some claim to be "gentle" while others lean into "effective" ... This one is definitely in the "effective" group.Directions say to take two pills on an empty stomach, with water before bed. Simple... seemed fine.The first indication that this was going to be a ... meaningful ... experience was the slight cramping feeling that I woke up with. Not painful.. but certainly noticeable, and my body was sending me a strong message that it was time to evacuate. I held off and had a cup of coffee and then it was off to the races. 15 minutes later I left my bathroom... lighter, a little out of breath, and a little wiser about the ways of the world.you should be aware that the pills themselves look more like pet medicine... uncoated tablets in the shape of hearts and the interior of the bottle has a stained, yellow powdery look that is not in any way reassuring, but the pills DO THE WORK. The only drawback here is that for the first few days, you are going to need to schedule a few hours for recovery every morning. Later in the cycle, as your body has eliminated more and more from your system, the process is faster.

These cleanse pills are small and easy to take, even though they look like pet meds to me. If you’ve never done a cleanse before, be prepared. Make sure you drink plenty of water and it’s best to not have plans for the next day. This does what it is supposed to, and leaves you feeling a bit lighter.
