These ankle weights actually live up to their description. (I messed up previously and ordered "ankle" weights that were far too small to fit an ankle.) These weights really are adjustable, both in length and in the number of pounds per ankle. It's also easy to remove extra weight and to put them on. And as a last nice feature, the inside fabric that's next to your ankles is very soft and comfortable. They fit snugly and don't flop around as you exercise with them on. These weights cost a little more than some, but they are totally worth it.

There are my first pair of ankle weights. I found that they perform as advertised. I was surprised at the number of 1 ratings when I came back to provide my rating. They mostly complain about the challenge of putting the weights into the pouches. It is a little challenging, but certain not a design failure as some of the comments state. You simply fold them length ways and work them in. I didn't have any issues and didn't find it so difficult to give these a lower rating.I found them to be very comfortable. They feel like high quality materials. I would purchase again.

Really good product, it holds well to the wrist and ankles, and the adjustable weight makes it easier to improve strength gradually. Only problem is there is some difficulty in removing the sand weights, but great besides this

What a great find! I am recovering from an ACL Replacement and needed 1 lb weights as part of my post op PT. I find the removable pouches to be invaluable. I can remove the ones over my knee cap which greatly reduced the pressure. SO glad I made this choice over the plethora of options out there.

I've yet to get any use as I haven't been able to figure out how to get my (bad) leg into position to secure the velcro. Sandbags are very hard to get in and out for arthritic fingers. I'm still very optimistic that they will be useful soon to strengthen leg(s) and ankle.

Perfect exactly what we needed

These ankle weights has remove sandbags to change the weight. The sandbags are somewhat easy to remove, but impossible to put back in. I can not put the sandbags back in the pockets that they stay. Of course there were not instructions in the package. I would like to know the secret on how to replace the sandbags. It would also help if the sandbags were labeled with the weight of each sandbag for future reference. I also had to wait almost 4 weeks for delivery..

Exactly as described. Easy to change weights. Washable too.
