There is a great lack of info available for solutions to the problem of wiring a NEST HELLO to a chime in the UK as most available are only 8v and the NEST needs minimum 12v (from my research) This chime will work on 12v! So pair it with the NEST HELLO and a 12v transformer and bob's your uncle. You will need to use the NEST Chime connector. I decided I needed a chime as without one, you get nothing if your wifi or internet is down if your NEST HELLO doorbell is pressed. The chime itself if nice build quality and works as described. I would definitely recommend as a solution if you are having the same hunt as I was.

Exactly what I ordered and arrived on time .

Managed after 2 electricians suffered the pain of viewing the images honeywell sent me of how to wire one wired door push button to connect to two chimes. There images didnt make any sense. I have therefore drawn the correct method to help others. You have to push to wires into a very dodgy plastic pin that breaks (like others have already said). They need to improve the quality of the connectors.

We had a really old chime in the house that was 3 times the size of this Honeywell. Not only does this thing look really smart on the wall, we love the chimes and the numerous options you have (LED, different tunes, volume control). Perfect for anyone that doesn't want to invest in a super smart bell but wants to have some options. And fitting it was also really easy.

The installation caused a bit of an issue, the cable terminals are fairly weak, you have to depress a small plastic cover and insert the bared cable under to make contact, on two terminals the plastic covers broke off (AC1 +AC2 ) , I contacted Honeywell and they replied with a link to a support page which had absolutely no info regarding this unit at all, in fact the model could not be found at all, each time I searched an alternative model Series 9 Doorbell was continually suggested .

The door bell unit is fantastic. I can change the tune and the volume and that's exactly why I got it. Very happy.

Not user friendly and the connection for power is a pain as the plastic broke on first connection.

Ich kann diese Klingel wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. In meiner neuen Mietwohnung hatte ich nur eine sehr laute, schrillende alte Klingel die viel zu laut war, daher musste etwas neues her. Die Honeywell Klingel hier war mit eine der wenigen kabelgebunden Optionen, die ich gefunden habe. Ich habe keinen Taster benötigt, nur eine kabelgebundene Klingel und bin so auf diese hier gestoßen. Amazon-typisch kam die Klingel schnell an und ich hatte schon bedenken zwecks Anschluss weil viele hier geschrieben hatten, die Installation sei ziemlich schwer trotz Anleitung, so habe ich es überhaupt nicht empfunden. Anschluss ging mega leicht und hat direkt funktioniert. Ich bin echt begeistert von den verschiedenen Tönen und besonders wie man die Lautstärke regeln kann, es klingt jetzt immer sehr sanft und so mag ich das sehr gerne. Auch der zusätzliche Lichtimpuls bei klingeln ist super, so hat man auch einen optischen Impuls wenn man in der Nähe ist. Ach praktisch ist, dass man die Klingel jederzeit abnehmen und woanders platzieren kann. Kurzum, eine hochwertige Klingel mit vielen Optionen und wirkt sehr standhaft. Ich würde mir die Klingel jederzeit wieder holen. :)

El timbre va genial, totalmente compatible con Google Nest Doorbell, lo unico que hace falta es un transformador de 220 a 12v que tambien se puede adquirir en Amazon y seguir las instrucciones que vienen con el paquete para las conexiones . Una vez instalado , se pone el nest doorbel con cableado en el programa y se dice que se tiene timbre de 10s . Funciona a la perfeccion . Tiene varias melodias , se escucha muy bien y esteticamente es bonito
