I haven't had it but a few days, buuuuut, so far it's been a hit. I got it for my wife's birthday and filled it with ~300 photos, and there's space for at least ~1,000 more. I guess you can use the app, but I'm adverse to that and letting friends put photos on it, so I just used added them from photo backups from my computer, which was easy. Everybody in the family stops as they walk by and admires old photos of different periods of our life. The screen is bright, and I haven't even turned it up all the way, and the resolution is high, so I don't see pixelation or degradation even with older photos with smaller file sizes. It's a little slow to boot up (60 seconds?), but once it's up it's fine. You can put it to sleep too. The one annoyance is that there are a few obviously common functionalities that are paywalled behind a premium subscription, which is absurd. But I don't need them, so it only cost me the irritation of seeing that before ignoring them.

I really enjoy this digital picture frame. Every time someone visits, they comment on how nice it looks and how the pictures almost seem like real printed photos. One thing I recommend is taking a little extra time to prepare your photos before adding them. Use software to crop them to the right aspect ratio and get them as high resolution as possible. Doing that really makes a huge difference in making the digital pictures look like "real" photos. It was simple to set up, sharing photos through the app is seamless, and the build quality is excellent. It looks and feels premium, and I would buy another one without hesitation. If you are thinking about getting a digital picture frame, this one is a fantastic choice.

Looks great and a breeze to adjust the settings to personalize the frame to display pics. Pricing is competitive to the other frame manufacturers offering fewer features…. I Highly recommend !!

This frame is very simple to set up. Beautiful resolution and so easy to add photos. We have 3 within our family and are always sharing photos.

I’m honestly super picky when it comes to buying things . I always go for quality over brand names. Before buying this photo frame, I read so many positive reviews and watched a bunch of videos… and I’m so glad I did because this one did not disappoint! It’s very easy to use, even for people who aren’t techy. You just download the app, and you can send photos or videos right from your phone. I even got one for myself and another as a gift, and both work perfectly. You can crop your photos before uploading so they look neat and fit nicely on the screen and can add caption on each photo/video. It can be displayed either portrait or landscape, and it has built-in memory plus the option to use an SD card. no subscription needed, which I love! The photo quality is super clear, colors are bright, and the touchscreen is smooth and responsive. The battery lasts long, and you can even set it to turn off automatically during certain hours. And the best part? The customer service is excellent. they really care and respond quickly if you ever have questions. I just wish that the name of the photo/video sharer will not appear on the screen. Overall, I’m beyond happy with this purchase. It’s beautiful, easy to use, and worth every penny. Got this as a give for my parents and the frame looks great. It's also easy to send pictures from multiple family members.

I rarely write reviews but I spent so much time finding a good digital frame and this was the best. First I thought a popular cheaper frame: the video lagged like crazy - returned it. Next I bought Skylight - photo and frame quality sucked and you need to pay $50 subscription to play videos. Bought Aura frame - expensive looking material but no touch screen - photos and videos needed time to load before playing and it doesn’t play sound automatically you have to touch it to hear sound. So finally I got this one and it’s absolutely excellent. Yes there is a subscription but you don’t really need it, I can upload, play and manage pics and videos fine using free features and I love the frame operating system. The videos do not lag which was a problem with all the other frames. It’s crazy bc the aura and skylight were way more expensive and highly reviewed but this beat them. Also it comes in a super cute box you can insert a photo in the top to reuse as memory box.
