So this last year or so I've been following food cooking and prep videos in that place. I've seen these lovely sandwiches wrapped up and presented so nicely. And then I ordered these!I've seen an excellent sandwich made of rice sheets and then filled with salad veg and a source of protein. Which is great for me as I can't tolerate bread. You will see in my pics my attempt at making such sandwich - wrapped in this paper!! My sandwich game has been 'upped'.This paper helped me keep my sarnine wrapped, and also contained to the wrapper, as well as giving that nicely presented look. What I liked about this paper was it wasn't just like any greased proof paper, it was sort of shiny inside, and matte outside. I didn't have any stickers at the time of making, but I'm confident that I'll be able to put a sticker on the outside and it will hold together - this of course, I've never managed with cooking paper. As my sarnie was made of rice paper, it didn't stick to the inner of the wrapper. It was my first time using rice paper in this way and it sticks all over the place!They say that a meal isn't just the way it tastes, or it's texture, but in presentation too. These wrappers completed my new sandwich game by providing that presentation like I see in videos. I can't wait to get more designs.They are a good quality wrapper, arrived crease free, and worked exactly as I thought they should, and better than I had expected in use. Two thumbs up here.
