Love this cheddar powder. I personally use it when making my protein Mac and cheese. I use to buy boxed Mac and cheese just to use the packet of cheese powder in them. Not anymore. This tastes wonderful and like a sharp cheddar. I want to flavor other things like pretzels with this powder.

Perfect for homemade carrot mac’n’cheese- I just boil and chop an entire bag of carrots, throw it in the blender with a half a cup of this powder, some honey, butter, and milk to make the most delicious mac’n’cheese sauce. I wish there was more in the container but the ingredients are high quality and I use carrots for the color so it’s clean and healthy for my toddler but it’s also tasty so I like it too.

This has a more buttery taste than that of cheddar. I will use it for popcorn, but not for sauces.

This stuff is amazing. It's versatile, it packs a punch with its flavor, it is super easy to use, and it happens to come from a brand I personally trust.The downside is the price. This is a small container of powdered cheese, but with that being said, we ended up using a lot less than we thought because this product is so flavorful.We primarily use this for boxed mac and cheese in place of the chemically or watered down cheese powder that comes in the box, and it could not be an easier swap. It substitutes in the exact same way (powder, milk, and butter) and really changes the game. We even tried adding this to the powder that comes in the boxes and the difference is substantial enough that, if you aren't concerned about preservatives or don't need that all natural taste, goes the extra mile in making chemically blends taste better and adding enough cheesiness to the less flavorful boxed brands.I cannot stress enough how wonderful the flavor is. I was hoping for something that didn't taste super chemically and carried more flavor than we were getting out of the Kraft mac and cheese boxes. This blew my expectations out of the water. This is more than a cheap cheese byproduct- you can taste the actual cheese. When I opened the container, I was surprised because I could smell the subtle medium white cheddar tang, and now that I have actually tasted the end product, I am never going back.This is a great compromise between the convenience of a cheese powder and the taste of a homemade cheese sauce, coming from a dairy state native no less. While it certainly isn't a replacement for some good quality cheese, it is a step above the quick meals that we all occasionally reach for.If you're on the fence, I recommend buying one container and giving it a try and then deciding if it the price is worth it. For me, it's a yes, but again, the container is small for the price and, if I were less picky regarding flavor, I might look for another option.

Absolutely delicious! Anyone that says otherwise doesn't know what they're doing. You have to have butter (or it won't stick, obviously) and you need salt (because its a flavor enhancer and that's a key component to popcorn) you could definitely use something like avacado or olive oil spray but butter is definitely better.

Love to use this to make a quick Mac n cheese. It's also great on popcorn! Love that is real ingredients. It has a great cheese flavor and blends into everything really well. Not lumpy or anything. Definitely buying again.

This King Arthur cheese powder is a very fine texture and doesn't clump, but the flavor is not very cheesy. I used it on popcorn, but it gave only a mild cheese flavor, despite using large amounts.
