Why did you pick this product vs others?:I take creatine mostly for the cognitive benefits that have been researched and proven to help with sleep deprivation (new parent life). I originally was looking at the “Create” creatine gummies, but learned that they use Allulose as a sweetener - which has hurt my stomach in the past with other products. I also heard that many creatine gummies lose their efficacy because the manufacturing process destabilizes the supplement. So I was super impressed to find these that are third party tested, and use just a tiny bit of real sugar. (Side tangent: I really strongly believe that if you are going to sweeten a product, you should just flat out use real sugar - but in moderation. It’s better for your blood sugar than artificial sweeteners and it also tastes better.) In addition, sugar can serve as an uptake delivery method into your body’s cells. So in this case, the sugar literally helps the creatine make sure it arrives in the right places. Lastly, taste is great. Not very sour like Sour Patch kids, so it’s a good tangy without any pucker. Highly recommend.

These are easy to remember to take every day when they’re so yummy! The amount you get for the price is VERY worth it. I feel like I’ll have these for a while (I only take one a day for cognition). This is a fantastic product! It beats taking the plain creatine powder all day and it actually tastes good! It’s easy to use and it doesn’t have anything in it that you should be concerned about. I will continue to use this product!
