These sea moss capsules are great, they are basically natural multivitamins since sea moss contains so many good things, but they seem to be good for hair and skin too and good value, would recommend

Didn't do anything.

Maybe too early to report just yet as only the first week of starting them, but I have noticed some differences already - my energy levels are slightly better, + my skin is looking better.. being the time of month (my period) I usually have spot breakouts on my face which hasn't happened this month.. so that in itself is amazing! Hopefully over the next month it will continue to kick in + I can report on more positive results!
