Very comfortable sturdy great grouping on my Patio easy to put together. Love this

NICE FOR THE PRICE! It is cute and fits very nicely on our narrow back porch. It’s a little smaller and lower to the ground than I thought it would be, but it is comfortable. It comes with little plastic clips that hook the bottoms together. The back cushions move around a bit and I think I might purchase some velcro to help with that. It did come in with a warped piece, but Amazon quickly replaced the piece. Putting it together took me about 2-3 hours.

Holy bolts and screws! Your IKEA skills are gonna come in handy! It will take you hours to assemble if doing alone. 3 To 5 hours of furniture Legos. But that's the only negative! It looks good, built well, and what we needed for our front porch of our new house.

The description says this set comes in 2 boxes. After receiving one box, I contacted customer service for an update on the second box. There was no info, so they did an exchange. They picked up the first box and again delivered one box. After waiting a week and receiving no information on the second box, I decided to open it to see what was missing. Turns out, everything was in one box. The set is nice, especially for the price, but the stitching on one of the cushion covers was coming apart, so I contacted customer service. They sent me a link to upload pictures, which I did. A couple weeks passed and I never heard back, so I contacted customer service again. They claim they can't replace the defective cover, but they offered me 25.00. When I objected to that solution, and asked why they would ask me for photos if they couldn't help me, the agent left the chat and another agent took over. After looking at the conversation I had with the previous agent, the second person explained there was nothing he could do because the return window had passed. He suggested I contact the seller. I clicked on the sellers link, which led me to Subzero customer service?? I tried to find the website on Google but that led me back to the product page on Amazon. I give up! I still have no resolution and I'm out of options. I recommend the set, but if you need assistance, there is no seller customer service.
