I'm lucky I guess!
It's off by 1 degree or less, but still does a great job for my needs (yogurt, kefir, pasturizing eggs, proofing dough 'n way much more) even though it suffered a nasty drop & display was broken, I mended it back together & it still won't ouit & considering some reviews, I got lucky! ....Also @ $40 & 4 yrs. n still goin' @ 1100 watts! I know folks w/louder 750w Anova's that died at 2yrs or so and @ $125 bucks & my Suovia's so quiet u think it's not on! & the base is wide enough to stand alone undisturbed (if u got kids use the clip) wich means it's heating bottom up so water min level is easy to maintain & electonics are way up top / 2023 update, it finaly died n went to sous vide heaven - not bad for under 40 smackarous!

Had two that failed - company no longer in business.
Amazon should stop selling this machine. I got my first one - temp controller didn’t work, temp just kept rising. Company sent me a replacement. It worked for a month, then I started noticing inconsistencies in my cooks. Tested things and the water temp was off by 10 degrees! Unfortunately the company has since closed their doors so I have no recourse. It’s a piece of junk - don’t buy it!

nice design, great price
This is my first sous vide so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I REALLY like it. I've actually been pretty lazy in learning how to use this thing because it's easy to use straight out of the box. You just place it in a pot with water, plug it in, turn it on by tapping the power symbol, set the temp and time. I don't use the wifi feature (I couldn't get it to connect because of my modem type) and I don't know how to change it to show Farenheit instead of Celsius just from guessing with the interface and haven't really bothered to find out... I'm just too lazy. It's partly why I like this thing.

Works very well
This device works very well. The only problem I have with it is the app. It's mostly fine, but it's a little buggy, and some of the English isn't very good, very example it tells you "connection time out, I know" it doesn't tell you what the problem really is when this happens. I'm sure they will improve the app and it's easy enough to figure out. The device works very well.

Fits any pot
It fits any pot, can stand alone or can be clipped to the side. It's easy to use with its three indicator lights. For $39.99, I think this circulator is so worth the price. You get the full function of a circulator with awesome temperature control.

Worked well, though built like garbage
Broke after 4 months of use due to "E3" error caused by low-water sensor near bottom of device breaking. If you're interested in this device, be extremely careful with handling it as the device is quite top-heavy yet fragile at the bottom.Overall, my experience with the device has satisfactory enough that I'm still more than interested in the style of cooking, though next time with a higher quality device.

Updated: Great deal for 60 dollars
This is the first time ever using a sous vide machine. The machine works as intended within .2-.5 degrees Calvin. So far I have Sous vide a Pork tenderloin and 6lbs of flank steak. The machine works as advertised. The application does not. If you want a wifi enabled Sous vide machine you picked the wrong device. The touch panel works as expected. The water warms up and it lasts the as long as you set the timer. The flank steak I sous vide for 13 hours and did not stop working. Food came out nice and juicy. I seared on the grill. For people exceptions of my quailty of food. I make food for the week for meal prep and this tool will be added to my weekly arsenal besides the rice cooker and grill.Update it broke: I pushed the machine a bit so it was on me. The back plate broke then the elemenet burnt out. Trying the monoprice sous vide machine now.

Works great so far.
Used this about 10 times in past month with zero problems. Wifi works fine, I just think people with absolutely no idea how to use wifi are buying it and giving bad reviews because they are clueless. I'm used to this though as I have been in IT from 15 years and this is how people are, can't figure it out, blame the product.
