Not just for lovers of cherries!
I remembered the old tv ad about De Kuyper Cherry Brandy and it had always stuck with me. I love cherries, cherry pie, cherry yoghurt, cherry crumble and fresh cherries. So I went onto the Amazon website and there it was! DeKuyper Cherry Brandy!I ordered a bottle and waited for it to arrive, hoping that it would taste of cherries.Delivery day dawned, the Dekuper Cherry Brandy arrived. I opened the bottle and took a quick nip ... did it taste like cherries? It sure did! A smooth, warming fluid rolling down my throat. Ecstasy! I sniffed the bottle, pure cherry goodness! I'll order it again, and again! Not just for lovers of cherries!

Beautiful stuff! So often you get cherry brandy and it can taste sickly or synthetic but this is De Kuyper, the real deal!Pros:Lovely juicy cherry taste with a hit of liquor alcohol.No synthetic or saccharine sweet taste, natural taste of cherries.Lovely as a short drink on its own, as a mixer in cola to make a grown-up cherry coke or with lemonade for a nice adult cherryade! Sounds awful but it works well.For the ultra decadent, a drizzle of this over cherries and whipped cream is delicious as a simple dessert.Also goes well in cherry trifle and added to ganache to make cherry truffles. Overall a very nice, high quality and versatile drink that is perfect in the winter when in need of a warning shot but also delicious in cooler drinks in the summer.It’s an essential in any drinks cupboard and excellent value for money.Cons:I genuinely can’t think of any. Absolutely lovely stuff 🥰
